We bring style, unbeatable value and a reliable service.
We sell new and preloved jewellery. Our on-site jeweller can repair a wide range of items.
Jewellery Repair »
We have a fantastic collection of new and pre-loved rings, necklaces and earrings to choose from, but if you have something specific in mind, we can also make bespoke jewellery to order.
We do not currently sell online however we take all major credit and debit cards in store and if you are interested in learning more about our stock them please contact us.
We repair gold and silver jewellery including rings, necklaces and earrings. For example, we can reset and remount stones or resize and stretch jewellery such as rings.
We are very lucky to have a master jeweller in store, who can make simple (and not so simple) repairs to gold jewellery such as shortening chains, replacing and adding new shanks, claws, mounts and posts.
We also have the capability to rhodium plate jewellery that has tarnished and to remove and resize rings that have become too tight.
We always strive to provide a friendly, personal experience.
Dewsbury's newest, smallest and least accessible museum is now open.
Greenwoods, which is Dewsbury's oldest shop, now has its own museum which contains many of the historic artefacts from the shop dating back to the end of the Industrial Revolution in 1870. It is open to the public by arrangement and if you would like to visit please either phone 01924 461198 or call in to the shop to book.
To get a taste of what's on display, or if you are unable to visit in person due to the stairs, you may wish to view this short film taken at the first opening for Heritage Open Day 2019.
The shop still continues to provide the same excellent service with its own working jeweller and helpful staff as it has for the last 160 years.
'I would love to come back and show this place to my family' (visitor from Hungary)
'What wonderful memories the museum has and what lovely memories it awakened' (Dewsbury customer)
